Skills development
With our Skills Development Programme, micro, small and medium- sized enterprise leaders can improve their management skills and shape their businesses to better compete and succeed. These services are delivered through ITC via its projects or business support organizations.
The programme has two pillars:
Soft skills: This pillar helps managers develop the skills to create a good working environment, solve problems, think creatively, earn customer trust, and close deals. Here the programme emphasizes the practical application of tools and concepts and offers coaching and a personal improvement plan for each manager. We also arrange peer learning through discussions and exchanges with other managers.
Family business: This pillar focuses on family enterprises, where private life and work life intertwine, and family objectives, preferences and interactions shape how the business works. It helps family businesses adopt tools and best practices to improve the business while keeping their distinctive family-driven nature. Our programme addresses the impact of family on all aspects of the business, including governance, strategy, resource allocation, and internationalization.
